Who we are
This site (resources.kyzeflo.com) is run by Kyzeflo, a software, AI and digital systems studio based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (kyzeflo.com). It hosts free resources that you can request by email.
Kyzeflo is responsible for the information you give us on this site. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Kyzeflo is the Data Fiduciary. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, Kyzeflo is the data controller.
What we collect
When you request a resource with the form, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Your answers to the three questions on the form: business type, business size and budget.
- Which resource you requested, the address (URL) of the page you used, and the date and time you sent the form.
- The consent text shown next to the checkbox when you ticked it.
- Your browser's user agent (a short text that describes your browser and device).
The form only sends this information if you tick the consent checkbox. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is not saved with your details.
How we use it
- To send you one email with the resource you requested.
- To send you follow-up emails. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
- To send us a copy of your request by email, so we have a record of it.
Legal basis
We use your information because you consent to it, which you do by ticking the consent checkbox on the form. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis is also consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our follow-up emails, or by writing to admin@kyzeflo.com.
Where it is stored
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, EU) stores your contact details and answers and sends our emails. Brevo records whether our emails are delivered and whether links in them are clicked.
- Zoho Mail hosts our mailbox. A copy of each request is sent there.
- Vercel hosts this site. Like any host, it processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages to you.
These providers may process your information outside India, including in the EU and the US.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising tools or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site itself. Our self-test tools store your answers only in your own browser (local storage) and do not send them anywhere.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time, using the link in those emails or by emailing us.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing admin@kyzeflo.com.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact admin@kyzeflo.com first. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Where the GDPR applies, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
